About Me
I’m Rebecca, a home organizer and supportive facilitator. My work is grounded in deep listening, clear goals, patience, care, accountability, and trust—qualities that matter because organizing and moving involves vulnerability and big decisions.
At Get Ready, Stay Ready, I help people get organized in ways that fit their current phase of life. Whether editing a wardrobe, optimizing a kitchen, planning room layouts, or preparing for a move, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll address clutter, disorganization, and “what if I need that later?” traps. We will identify what is no longer needed, and create organization systems you’ll realistically have the capacity to maintain.
My approach is shaped by 17 years as a project manager, innovation strategy consultant, program evaluator, and meeting and conference designer and facilitator, as well as my work creating gatherings and work-weeks for artists and collectivist communities. I bring this experience to each client by listening closely to your priorities, pain points, and vision for how you want to feel at home.
My goal is to help you create a home where you can function, reset, and relax—which also makes getting ready for life outside the home easier.
